Pet Policy

Dogs, cats, birds and fish in small aquariums (20 gallons max) are welcome. Animals which are designated as assistance animals to the disabled are accepted with the appropriate documentation. A maximum of one dog, cat or bird is permitted in each apartment. If you have a dog, breed and weight restrictions apply. A non- refundable pet fee of $300 will be required at move in; there is no monthly pet rent.
